When and where?
Mondays – 5:55am-7:15am Riviera Country Club Pool
Wednesdays – 5:55am-7:15am Hadley Pool 4800 NW 12th Avenue, Miami
Are you ready to stop sinking and swallowing water? Are you unsure if you can finish the swim portion of your next race?
Or do you want to come out of the water 1st at your next race?
Everyone can benefit from learning the essentials of swimming, whether you have raced an Ironman®, can’t swim at all, or have certain struggles swimming, Full Circle Coaching teaches you the swim essentials to make an immediate difference.

Thursdays – 5:45am or 6:30am Tri Beach Key Biscayne
Get out of the draft and acquire the skills to pull the group. Take your FTP (functional threshold power) to the next level. Learn what it means to own the road on your bike.

Running

When and where?

Tuesdays – 5:45am – 7:15am Curtis Park Track or the bridge at Key Biscayne
It all comes down to a strong run at the end of a triathlon or road race. If you are tired of blowing up during the run portion of your triathlon or you struggle with knowing how to run without pain or injury, this class is for you. No matter what distance you are training for, the track is the most efficient time you can spend training for your next run event. Running with other runners who are slightly faster can also take you to the next level in your speed.

Proper run form, mechanics, speed and pacing

Triathlon Specific Strength Training

When and where?
5:55am-7:00am Kennedy Park 2600 S. Bayshore Drive, Coconut Grove
Join us every Friday for a fun group functional strength training class specific to triathlon. The goal is to strengthen your stabilizer muscles, prevent injury while getting specific triathlon training strength and fitness. This session is the perfect complement to your weekly triathlon training program. Good music, great people and FUN.
